Only for 1 year, then it overlaps

I agree with the comments about the new video ads being indiscreet and ridiculous. However, my bigger complaint is I have been using this free version for a year now and when I came to a new month, there was data already logged (i.e., it wrapped around and is showing data from last year — making it completely useless any more). I submitted a question/request for advice and never got a reply. So I hope you don’t want to have customer service. Also, it is $1.99 to download your data ONE TIME. The same price to buy the full version.
